Keychron V4 Max features an ultra-compact 60% layout design. It uses smooth linear Gateron Jupiter Red mechanical switches. Sockets are hot-swappable for effortless switch replacement without soldering.
Connectivity includes 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C wired modes. The 2.4GHz connection on the Keychron V4 Max delivers a fast 1000Hz polling rate for gaming. It supports full QMK and VIA key remapping software.
RGB backlighting offers multiple dynamic lighting modes. Keycaps are made from durable double-shot OSA profile PBT plastic. Acoustic foam layers reduce typing noise and resonance.
It is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Color is solid black with customizable RGB lighting. Brand: Keychron.

2.4 GHz and Bluetooth
Play with a 1000 Hz polling rate over the 2.4 GHz receiver, or pair up to three devices (PC, phone, tablet) over Bluetooth 5.1 and switch between them.
Two receivers in the box
Both a Type-C and a Type-A receiver are included, and either one can be parked in the magnetic slot on the keyboard.
A capable core
An ARM MCU with 256 KB of flash gives developers room to work, and the 1000 Hz polling rate works out of the box, so latency is barely noticeable even in competitive games.
OSA-profile double-shot PBT keycaps
OSA keycaps are OEM in height with a gently sculpted, SA-like shape. The PBT material resists oils and shine, and the double-shot legends will not wear off.
macOS and Windows ready
A hardware toggle switches between Mac and Windows layouts, and keycaps for both systems are included.
Gasket mount with a polycarbonate plate
The gasket structure and PC plate cut down resonance, giving a softer, quieter and slightly springier typing feel.
QMK firmware and Keychron Launcher
Remap keys, record macros and set shortcuts through the browser-based Keychron Launcher (use Chrome, Edge or Opera with the keyboard connected by cable).
Hot-swappable
Change switches without soldering. The sockets accept both 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style switches.
South-facing RGB backlight
The LEDs face the typist, which suits non-shine-through keycaps and avoids clashes with Cherry or OEM-profile replacement keycaps.
Gateron Jupiter switches
Pre-lubed 3-pin switches rated for up to 80 million keystrokes, available as Red, Brown or Banana (tactile bump near the top of the press). Included with the fully assembled version only.
Screw-in PCB stabilizers
Less wobble on the space bar, shift, enter and backspace. Third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers are supported too.
